Left Vent Temperature Sensor (G150)

Removal






- Remove the driver side instrument panel cover..

- Disconnect the electrical connector - A -.

- Turn the vent temperature sensor - B - counterclockwise - arrow - and pull it out of the mount.

Installation

Installation is done in reverse order, observe the following:

- Replace a damaged or defective sealing ring - C -.

- Install the driver side instrument panel cover..

After completion of the repair work, perform the following work on the control head using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester in the "Guided Fault Finding" function:

- Read out the event memory and erase any displayed entries.
