Right Vent Temperature Sensor (G151)

Removal






- Remove the glove compartment.

- Disconnect the electrical connector - 1 -.

- Turn the vent temperature sensor - 3 - counterclockwise and pull it out of the mount.

Installation

Installation is done in reverse order, observe the following:

- Replace a damaged or defective sealing ring - 2 -.

- Install the glove compartment.

After completion of the repair work, perform the following work on the control head using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester in the "Guided Fault Finding" function:

- Read out the event memory and erase any displayed entries.
