1 Switch Unit

• With Start/Stop mode button (E693) , parallel parking assistance button (E581) , parking aid button (E266) , front passenger airbag disabled indicator lamp (K145) , rear spoiler switch (E127) , ASR/ESP button (E256).

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Switch Unit with (E693), (E581), (E266) ] Switch Unit With (E693), (E581), (E266).

2 Left Seat Heating Button (E653)

• Integrated in the Climatronic control module (J255). Cannot be replaced separately if faulty.

3 Anti-Theft Immobilizer Reading Coil (D2)

• Overview, refer to=> [ Steering Column Switch Module and Electronic Ignition Lock Overview ] Service and Repair.

4 Emergency Flasher Button (E229)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Emergency Flasher Button (E229) ] Emergency Flasher Button (E229).

5 Switch Unit

• With front display open/close button (E462) , display unit button (E506)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Front Display Open/Close and Display Unit Buttons Switch Unit ] Front Display Open/Close and Display Unit Buttons Switch Unit.

6 Center Instrument Panel Vent

• Vehicles with left and right center instrument panel vent illumination bulb (L68).

• Cannot be replaced separately if faulty.

7 Right Front Footwell Illumination Bulb (L152)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Front Footwell Illumination Bulb ] Front Footwell Illumination Bulb.

8 Glove Compartment Lamp Switch (E26)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Glove Compartment Lamp Switch ] Glove Compartment Lamp Switch.

9 Glove Compartment Lamp (W6)

• 12 volt, 5 watt

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Glove Compartment Lamp ] Glove Compartment Lamp.

10 Valet Parking Lock Button/Front Passenger Airbag Deactivation Key Switch

• Equipment level.

• Valet Parking Lock button (E536) , removing and Installing, refer to => [ Valet Parking Lock Button (E536) ] Valet Parking Lock Button (E536).

11 Right Instrument Panel Vent Illumination Bulb (L69)

• Equipment level.

• Cannot be replaced separately if faulty.

12 Left Instrument Panel Vent Illumination Bulb (L67)

• Equipment level

• Cannot be replaced separately if faulty.

13 Headlamp Adjuster (E102)

14 Steering Column Adjustment Switch (E167)

• With steering wheel heating button (E522).

15 Headlamp Switch (E1)

• With the instrument panel illumination dimmer switch (E20).

• With rear fog lamp button (E314) , fog lamp button (E315) , night vision camera button (E680).

16 Left Front Footwell Illumination (L151)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Front Footwell Illumination Bulb ] Front Footwell Illumination Bulb.

17 Right Seat Heating Button (E654)

• Integrated in the Climatronic control module (J255). Cannot be replaced separately if faulty.

Tightening Specification Steering Column Adjustment Switch (E167) / Steering Wheel Heating Button (E522)






- Tighten the bolts - arrows - to 1.5 Nm.
