Secondary Air Injection Pump Motor (V101)






1 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pump Motor (V101)

• Installed location: in the front of the engine compartment on the right side under the longitudinal member

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Pump Motor (V101) ] Service and Repair

• Checking in Guided Functions Vehicle diagnostic tester

2 Bolt

• 9 Nm

3 Bonded Rubber Bushing

• 3 pieces

4 Bracket

• For secondary air injection (AIR) pump motor

5 Nut

• 9 Nm

6 Hose

• For secondary air

• From air filter

7 O-rings

• Replace

8 Hose

• For secondary air

• To secondary air injection (AIR) combi-valves

Secondary Air Injection Combination Valve






1 Hose

• From the Secondary Air Injection (AIR) pump motor (V101)

2 Gasket

• Replace

3 Bolts

• 9 Nm

4 Vacuum Hose

5 Right Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Combination Valve

• Check the functionality and for leaks. Refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Combination Valves, Checking for Function and Leaks ] Testing and Inspection

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Right Combination Valve ] Secondary Air Injection Right Combination Valve

6 Bolt

• 9 Nm

7 O-ring

• Replace

8 AIR Sensor 1 (G609)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Fuel Level Sensor 1 ] Fuel Level Sensor 1

9 Bolt

• 9 Nm

10 Left AIR Combination Valve

• Check the functionality and for leaks. Refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Combination Valves, Checking for Function and Leaks ] Testing and Inspection

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Left Combination Valve ] Secondary Air Injection Left Combination Valve

11 Vacuum Hose

12 Bolts

• 9 Nm

13 Gasket

• Replace

Secondary Air Combination Valve Heat Shield - Tightening Specification





- Tighten the heat shield bolts - arrows - - 1 - to 9 Nm.

• The left heat shield is shown in the illustration.
