1 Bolt

2 Suspended Mount

For exhaust system

3 Mounting Strap

Individual components of the mount, refer to => [ Tensioning Strap Mount Individual Parts ]

4 Adjusting Buffer

Individual components of the mount, refer to => [ Tensioning Strap Mount Individual Parts ]

5 Spacer Sleeve

6 Fuel Line

From the fuel pressure regulator to the engine

Do not kink

Clipped to the fuel tank

To disconnect, press release button on connection piece

7 Protective Plate

For fuel filler tube

8 Bolt

20 Nm

9 Bolt

3.5 Nm

10 Overflow Hose

11 Fuel Filler Door Insert

12 Cover

Turn until it clicks and locks.

Attached to the fuel filler door insert with a permanent fastener.

13 Bolt

20 Nm

To attach the fuel filler neck

14 Ground Connection

For fuel filler tube

For discharging electrostatic charge, refer to => [ Fuel Filler Tube Ground Connection ]

15 Fuel Tank

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Fuel Tank with Attachments ] Fuel Tank With Attachments

16 Vent Line

To the EVAP canister

Do not kink

To disconnect, press release button on connection piece

17 Heat Shield

For the fuel tank

18 Lock Washer

2 Nm

For heat shield

19 Carrier Plate

20 Bolt

20 Nm

21 Heat Shield

For the fuel tank

22 Lock Washer

2 Nm

For heat shield

23 Expanding Clip

Fuel Filler Tube Ground Connection





- Route the ground connection as illustrated.

- Make sure the following connectors are secure:

Ground connector - 2 - on the threaded ring - 1 - on the fuel filler tube.

Ground connector - 6 - on the fuel filler tube cover.

- Attach the ground connection contact - 4 - to the hole in the fuel tank - 3 - and then install the spacer - 5 -.

Risk of explosion due to electrostatic charge.

After installing, check electrical connection on the fuel filler neck metal ring to an empty spot on the body using an Ohm meter.

Specified value: Approximately 0 ohms.
