Without Headlamp Assistant

Removing






- Uncle the lower cover - 2 - - arrow -.

- Disconnect and free up the connector - 1 -.

- Turn the base of the interior rearview mirror counter-clockwise and remove it from the retaining plate.






- Release the tab - 2 - and the tab - 3 - with a screwdriver - arrows -.

- Remove the rear cover - 1 -.

- Spread the front cover - 1 - apart slightly on both sides - arrows - and remove it from the interior rearview mirror base - 2 -.






- Disconnect the electrical connector - 2 -.






- Using a small screwdriver - 3 -, carefully press the humidity sensor - item 4 - off the cover - 1 - - arrow - and remove it upward.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Carefully place humidity sensor in side guides.

• The cover cannot be installed if the humidity sensor is not inserted correctly.

- Install the interior rearview mirror.

- Install the front interior lamp/reading lamp: without an eyeglass compartment, refer to => [ Interior Lamp/Reading Lamp, Front, Without Eyeglass Compartment ] Interior Lamp/Reading Lamp, Front, Without Eyeglass Compartment, with an eyeglass compartment, refer to => [ Interior Lamp/Reading Lamp, Front, With Eyeglass Compartment ] Interior Lamp/Reading Lamp, Front, With Eyeglass Compartment.
