Connecting Rod Bearing Cap:
Always Replace
Tighten 50 Nm + 90°

Connecting Rod:
Axial play for each new connecting rod pair 0.20 to 0.45 mm

Measuring Radial Clearance:
Mount the connecting rod bearing cap and tighten the old bolts to 50 Nm without tightening further. Do not turn crankshaft.

Radial clearance:
New 0.010 to 0.052 mm
Wear limit 0.120 mm
