Radiator Grille

Removing






- Remove the bumper cover. Refer to => [ Front Bumper Cover ] Front Bumper Cover.

- If the vehicle has an infrared camera, remove the mount for the infrared camera (R212). Refer to => [ Infrared Camera Mount ] Infrared Camera Mount.

- Carefully press the locking plate clips - 4 - off the guide tabs using a screwdriver.

- Open the tabs - 3 - with a screwdriver - 2 - and remove the locking plate - 1 -.

- Carefully press the clips - A - on the radiator grille off the guide tabs using a screwdriver.






- Disconnect the connectors - 1, 3 and 4 -.






- Open the tabs - A - - arrow - and at the same time remove the radiator grille - 2 - forward.

- Remove the radiator grille.

Installation

If the vehicle has pedestrian protection, then it is necessary to push the additional clip completely over the pedestrian protection center crash sensor (G693).

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Radiator Grille Assembly Overview ] Description and Operation.

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

- If the vehicle has pedestrian protection, then push an additional clip - 2 - over the pedestrian protection center crash sensor (G693) - 1 - onto the tab on the radiator grille.






- Install the mount for the infrared camera. Refer to => [ Infrared Camera Mount ] Infrared Camera Mount.

- Install the bumper cover. Refer to => [ Front Bumper Cover ] Front Bumper Cover.
