Mirror Adjusting Unit

Removing






- Remove the mirror glass, refer to => [ Mirror Glass ] Mirror Glass.

- Remove the bolt - 2 -.

- Disengage the mirror adjuster - 1 - from the mount - arrow -.

- Disconnect the electrical connector - 2 - on the mirror adjusting unit - 1 -.






- Remove the mirror adjuster.

Installation

• For the correct tightening specifications refer to => [ Exterior Mirror Assembly Overview ] Exterior Rearview Mirror Overview.

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

- Press the mirror adjusting unit onto the mirror mount until it engages audibly.

- Install the mirror glass. Refer to => [ Mirror Glass ] Mirror Glass.
