Seat Frame Assembly Overview






1 Bushing

• Inserted in all bracket locations

• Cannot be replaced with workshop materials

• The assembly component must be replaced if the bushing is damaged

• For the correct allocation, refer to => Parts Catalog

2 Bolt

• Self-locking

• Replacing

• Threaded holes for screws must be cleaned, for example, with thread cutter

• 22 Nm

3 Upper seat pan frame

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Upper Seat Pan Frame ] Upper Seat Pan Frame

• For the correct allocation, refer to => Parts Catalog

4 Bolt

• Self-locking

• Replacing

• Threaded holes for screws must be cleaned, for example, with thread cutter

• 22 Nm

5 Safety ground lock

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Safety Ground Lock ] Safety Ground Lock

• Check for ease of movement => [ Checking Safety Ground Lock for Ease of Movement ] Checking Safety Ground Lock for Ease of Movement

6 Retaining Plate

7 Bolt

• Quantity: 2

8 Spring

9 Lower seat frame with driver seat forward/back adjustment motor (V28)

• Front passenger side with front passenger seat forward/back adjustment motor (V31)

• Cannot be disassembled

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Lower Seat Pan Frame ] Lower Seat Pan Frame

10 Bolt

• Self-locking

• Replacing

• Threaded holes for screws must be cleaned, for example, with thread cutter

• 22 Nm
