Driver seat bolster heater (Z31) / front passenger seat bolster heater (Z33)

Removing






- Remove seat bolster cushion. Refer to => [ Seat Cover with Seat Cushion for Comfort Reclining and Multicontour Seat, Removing and Installing ] Seat Cover with Seat Cushion for Comfort Reclining and Multicontour Seat, Removing and Installing.

- Disconnect electrical wire - 1 - directly at the old heating elements - 2, 5 -.

• The old heating elements remain on the seat bolster cushion - 3, 4 - and will be covered over by the new heating elements.

Installing

- Align the new heating elements on the seat bolster cushions.

- Remove protective films from the heating elements in succession, taking care not to damage the heating elements.

- Bond heating elements so that they align with the old heating elements and are free of wrinkles.

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal, noting the following:
