3 Fuel Line

• Only on the rest of the world vehicles with an auxiliary heater

4 Fuel Line

• From the fuel pressure regulator to the engine

• Do not kink

• Clipped to the fuel tank

• To disconnect, press release button on connection piece

5 Bolt

• 23 Nm

6 Bracket

• Bolted to the fuel tank

7 Mounting Strap

• Individual components of the mount, refer to => [ Tensioning Strap Mount Individual Parts ]

8 Chafe Protection

9 Nut

• 2.5 Nm

10 Cover

• Turn until it clicks into place

• Attached to the fuel filler door insert with an permanent fastener

11 Bolt

• 23 Nm

• To attach the fuel filler neck

12 Vent Line

• To the EVAP canister

• Do not kink

• To disconnect, press release button on connection piece

13 Separating Point

• For breather line

Fuel Filler Tube Ground (GND) Connection





- Route the GND wires - 1 and 2 - as illustrated.

- Make sure the terminals on the GND connections are securely fastened to the shield and the metal ring on the fuel filler tube.

Risk of explosion due to electrostatic charge.

• After installing, check electrical connection on the fuel filler neck metal ring to an empty spot on the body using an Ohm meter.

• Specified value: approximately 0 ohms.
