Headlamp Housing Repair Set

• In the case of broken headlamp mounting tabs, the entire headlamp must be replaced in vehicles to 3/22/2009. Refer to => [ Headlamp Housing ] Headlamp Housing.

• Headlamp mounting tabs that have broken off can be replaced by installing the repair set in vehicles after 3/23/2009. Completely replacing the headlamp is not necessary. Repair sets, refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog (ETKA).

Procedure






- Remove headlamp with broken mounting tab. Refer to => [ Headlamp Housing ] Headlamp Housing.

- Remove remains of broken mounting tab at headlamp housing.

- Position the repair set mounting tab - 2 - on the headlamp housing - 3 - and secure it with the screws - 1 -.
