Door Contact Condition

The condition of the driver door contact switch (F2), the left front central locking system actuator (F131) and of the driver door central locking -SAFE- function actuator (F243) is read by the driver door control module (J386) and sent to the comfort system central control module (J393) via the CAN-bus.

The condition of the front passenger door contact switch (F3) , the right front central locking system actuator (F133) and of the front passenger door central locking -SAFE- function actuator (F244) is read by the front passenger door control module (J387) and then sent to the comfort system central control module (J393) via the CAN-bus.

The left rear door control module (J388) reads the condition of the left rear door contact switch (F10), the Left rear central locking system actuator (F132) and the left rear door central locking -SAFE- function actuator (F245). The conditions are first sent via the LIN-bus to the driver door control module (J386) and from there they are sent via the CAN-bus to the comfort system central control module (J393).

The right rear door control module (J389) reads the condition of the right rear door contact switch (F11), the right rear central locking system actuator (F134) and the right rear door central locking -SAFE- function actuator (F246). The conditions are first sent via the LIN-bus to the front passenger door control module (J387) and from there they are sent via the CAN-bus to the comfort system central control module (J393).

The comfort system central control module (J393) processes all the door contact information and then forwards this information on the CAN-bus.
