Hesitation concerns, harsh downshifts when braking, or harsh 1-2 upshifts.
Technical Background
Further transmission control module (TCM), J217, software calibration needed to improve shift concerns. Further engine control module (ECM), J623, software calibration needed to improve hesitation.
Production Solution
New software in the TCM and ECM addresses the condition.
Service
SVM Update Instructions
1. Follow all instructions in the attached TSB, 2011732 00 Software Version Management (SVM), operating instructions.
2. Update the TCM and ECM using the SVM action code as listed in the table if necessary.
3. Clear adaptations and perform test drive adaptation through GFF for 2011 model year.
4. Clear adaptations and perform standstill adaptation for 2012 model years.
