Turn off the ignition and remove the ignition key from the vehicle interior for all work performed on the high voltage vehicle.

- Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

- Release the left and right clips in the direction of the - arrow - with a narrow screwdriver - 1 - on the rear lid lock button in luggage compartment (E406) - 2 -.

- Carefully remove the rear lid lock button from the rear lid.

- Disconnect the electrical connector.

Installing

Install in reverse order.
