Removing







Danger of unintended engine ignition.

Turn off the ignition and remove the ignition key from the vehicle interior for all work performed on the high voltage vehicle.

- Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

- Turn light switch into the "0" position.

• To protect the paint in the area around the cap, tape it off with a soft cloth.

- Push the cap - 1 - on the outer side, in the direction of the - arrow - toward the inside.

- Remove the cap and let it hang.

- Remove bolt - 1 -.






- Remove the tail lamp - 2 - from the bumper cover.

- Disconnect the connector - 3 - on the central connector.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

• Tightening specification, refer to => [ Bumper Cover Tail Lamps Overview ] Bumper Cover Tail Lamps Overview.

- Tighten screw.

- Press cover cap into bumper cover until it engages audibly.
