Code Letters, Location on Transmission






• Transmission code letters are located on the data plate under the transmission. Location of the type plate depending on the build version - arrow 1 - or - arrow 2 -.

• An identical type plate is located on the left side of the transmission but is not accessible with the transmission installed.

• - 1 - Transmission serial number

• - 2 - Parts list number

• - 3 - Manufacturer transmission code: 6HP-28

• - 4 - Transmission code example: KRL

• The transmission code is also listed on the vehicle data plate.
