Radio, Telephone, Navigation System Antenna (R52)

The GPS/GSM antenna wires are attached to the D-pillar, top right. The Ter/Sat antenna wires are routed along the D-pillar up to the Satellite Radio (R146).

- Switch off all electrical consumers.

- Remove the key.

Removing

- Remove the right luggage compartment trim panel.

- Remove the trim from the right D-pillar.

- Lower the back end of the headliner.

- Disconnect harness connectors - 4 - and - 5 - of antenna wires - 3 - in retainer.





- Unclip antenna wires - arrows - to Satellite Radio.





- Remove nut - 2 - (6 Nm).





- Remove Radio, Telephone, Navigation System Antenna - 1 - upward from roof.

Installing

- Guide in antenna wires - 3 - and carefully attach Radio, Telephone, Navigation System Antenna - 1 - on the roof.





- Tighten nuts uniformly to 6 Nm.

- Make sure that the Radio, Telephone, Navigation System Antenna - 1 - is installed level on the roof.

- If necessary, secure antenna wires with adhesive tape and clip antenna wires - 4 - and - 5 - into retainer.

- Connect harness connectors.

- Perform further installation in reverse order.
