Bumper Cover Assembly Overview, Allroad

• Only the differences from the standard bumper are described

• The removal and installation of the bumper cover is performed like that of the standard bumper.






1 Right bumper cover

2 Radiator Grille

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Radiator Grille ] Radiator Grille

3 Bolt

• 1.5 Nm

4 Bolt

• 4 Nm

5 Left bumper cover

6 Left air intake grille

7 Front spoiler

• Unlike for standard bumpers, the two left and right expanding clips must be removed first

8 End plate

• Bumper cover removed.

- Remove the bolts - 12 - and remove the end plate from the impact guard toward the rear.

9 Bolt

• 1.5 Nm

10 Underbody Impact Guard

• Bumper cover removed

• Remove bolts - 12 - and bolt - 11 - and remove impact guard from the front spoiler and end plate toward the front.

11 Bolt

• 1.5 Nm

12 Bolt

• 1.5 Nm

13 Right air intake grille

Expanding clip for front spoiler

- Push the clamping pin - 3 - up through the left and right expanding clip on the front spoiler - 2 - to release.






- Remove the expanding clip from the front spoiler - 2 - and the bumper cover - 1 -.

- When installing, lock the clip with the clamping pin.

Remove the left and right air intake grille






- Slide a small screwdriver in the opening on the air intake grille as shown.

- Release the lock on the air intake grille in the direction of the arrow and remove toward the front.

Remove the left and right bumper cover






- Bumper cover removed.

- Remove the bolts - arrow -a -.

- Release the retainer toward the inside from the outside and remove from the spoiler or the radiator grille.

Loosen the radiator grille






- Bumper removed.

- Loosen the bolts - arrows - on the radiator grille and remove upwardly from the spoiler and the side panels.
