Coolant Hose Connection Diagrams
Risk of scalding due to hot steam and hot coolant.
• The coolant system is under pressure when the engine is warm.
• Cover the coolant reservoir cap with a cloth and then open it slowly to release the pressure in the system.
• Secure all the hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory. Refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog (ETKA).
• The arrows on the coolant pipes and ends of coolant hoses must align.

• Change coolant after replacing

• Change coolant after replacing
3 After-Run Coolant Pump (V51)
4 Cylinder Head and Cylinder Block
• Change coolant after replacing
5 Throttle Valve Connection

• Inside the coolant hose to the heater core for the heating

• Change coolant after replacing
