3 Ribbed Belt Tensioning Damper

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Ribbed Belt Tensioner ] Service and Repair

4 Ribbed Belt

• Check for wear

• Before removing, mark the direction of rotation using chalk or a felt-tip pen.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Ribbed Belt ] Ribbed Belt

• Do not kink

• When installing, make sure it is seated correctly on the ribbed belt pulleys

5 Bolt

• 22 Nm

6 Generator

7 Bolt

8 Bolt

• 46 Nm

9 Generator Bracket

10 Alignment Bushing

• For generator bracket

• Quantity: 2

11 Idler Roller Cover

12 Bolt

• 9 Nm

13 Bracket

• For the idler roller

14 Idler Roller for Ribbed Belt

15 Bolt

• 22 Nm

16 Vibration Damper

• With ribbed belt pulley

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Vibration Damper ] Service and Repair

17 Bolt

• Replace

• Clean the threaded holes with a thread tap.

• Insert with locking compound; Locking compound, refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog (ETKA).

• Tightening specification and sequence, refer to => [ Vibration Damper, Tightening Specification and Sequence ]

18 Thrust Washer

• Replace bolts that are tightened to the specification.

• Clean the threaded holes with a thread tap.

• Install the bolts with locking compound; Locking compound, refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog (ETKA).
