3 Ribbed Belt Tensioning Damper

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Ribbed Belt Tensioner ] Service and Repair

4 Ribbed Belt

Check for wear

Before removing, mark the direction of rotation using chalk or a felt-tip pen.

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Ribbed Belt ] Ribbed Belt

Do not kink

When installing, make sure it is seated correctly on the ribbed belt pulleys

9 Generator Bracket

10 Alignment Bushing

11 Idler Roller Cover

With ribbed belt pulley

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Vibration Damper ] Service and Repair

17 Bolt

Replace

Clean the threaded holes with a thread tap.

Insert with locking compound; Locking compound, refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog (ETKA).

Tightening specification and sequence, refer to => [ Vibration Damper, Tightening Specification and Sequence ]

18 Thrust Washer

Vibration Damper, Tightening Specification and Sequence





Replace bolts that are tightened to the specification.

Clean the threaded holes with a thread tap.

Install the bolts with locking compound; Locking compound, refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog (ETKA).
