Oil Pressure Sender: Service and Repair

Oil Pressure Switch (F1)

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Assembly Tool (T10118)

• Socket 24 mm and Jointed Extension (T40175)

Removing

- Remove the bolts - arrows - and air guide.






- Remove the coolant hose by loosening the hose clamp - 1 -.






- Disconnect the connector - 2 - from the Mass Airflow (MAF) Sensor (G70).

- Detach upper section of air filter housing - arrow - and remove air filter insert.

- Remove the bolts - arrows - and the lower section of the air filter housing.






- Release the electrical connector - arrow - on the oil pressure switch with the (T10118) and remove.






- Remove the oil pressure switch with the (T40175).

Installing

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Oil Filter Bracket and Oil Cooler Overview ] Oil Filter Bracket and Oil Cooler Overview.

Installation is done is reverse order, observe the following:

• The hose supports, air guide pipes and hoses must be free of oil and grease before installing.

• Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model. Refer to the electronic parts catalog ETKA.

- Install the air filter housing and the air filter.
