Air Flow Meter/Sensor: Adjustments

Fig. 11 Typical concealment plug removal:

1. On models with adjusting screw on underside of air flow sensor, remove air flow sensor first.
2. Drill hole in concealment plug using tool 131092 or suitable shouldered drill bit, taking care not to damage adjusting screw or housing.
3. Thread screw of slide hammer 131094 or equivalent into plug, Fig. 11, then remove plug by sliding weight upward.
4. Install sensor, if removed, and ensure that all connectors are properly sealed.
5. After performing adjustment, press new plug into sensor housing.
