Barometric Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVING AND INSTALLING/CHECKING PRESSURE SENSOR





- Pull off plug (1).
- Unscrew screw (2).
- Remove pressure sensor.
FD = Manufacturing date.

Installation Note:





- Check code number (1).

Checking:





- With atmospheric pressure of < or = 880 mbar there will be resistance of approximately 0 ohms between plug Connections (1 and 2).
- With atmospheric pressure of > or = 930 mbar there will be resistance of approximately infinite ohms between plug connections (1 and 2).
