Throttle Housing

1. Drain cooling system into suitable container so that coolant can be reused.
2. Disconnect vent hose from air duct, loosen clamp and pull duct off throttle housing.
3. Press cable end retainer from throttle lever, and disconnect accelerator, transmission and cruise control cables from lever, as equipped.
4. Disconnect carbon filter hose and throttle switch electrical connector.
5. Disconnect secondary air hose and coolant hoses from fittings on bottom of throttle housing.
6. Remove 4 nuts securing throttle housing, throttle housing assembly, then the gasket.
7. Reverse procedure to install using new gasket between throttle body and manifold.
8. Refill and bleed cooling system.
