On Board Diagnostics

The Motronic Control Unit used in the Powertrain System does NOT have On-Board Diagnostic capabilities and, consequently, does NOT store diagnostic trouble codes (DTC's).

Troubleshooting should be conducted using the Symptom Troubleshooting charts and Test Position flow charts under "Symptom Related Troubleshooting". Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
