Internal Sensor

Checking the internal sensor

Control Panel Connector:

- Remove the control panel.
- Detach plug (2) from the panel.
- Connect an ohmmeter to the printed circuit board between terminals 1 and 2.

Temperature/Ohms Chart:

See chart for desired resistance value in Ohms.

Internal Sensor Hose:

- To ensure reliable temperature control, check that hose (1) between airflow pump (2) and internal sensor (3) is properly seated.
- Run the blower at maximum speed. Air will flow from the car's interior into the internal sensor (suction effect).
