Fuel Pump: Service and Repair

Prior to disconnecting fuel lines, disconnect master relay and carefully depressurize fuel system.
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Disconnect wires from fuel pump. Disconnect and plug fuel hoses.
3. Remove pump and expansion tank (if so equipped) as assembly, then detach hose and separate fuel pump from expansion tank.
