Throttle Valve Switch

OPERATION
Mounted on the throttle valve shaft is a switch with two contacts which is operated in idle or full load position.

This switch informs the digital motor electronics whether the throttle valve is in idle, part load or full load position.


Vehicles with Electronic Throttle Control EML
No throttle switch is installed on vehicles equipped with electronic throttle control. The electronic throttle control informs the digital motor electronics of the position of the throttle valve.
