CAUTION:
Prior to welding work, the connector of the Antilock Brake System (ABS) control unit must be disconnected.

If body repairs are to be carried out, note that the ABS control unit can withstand temperatures up to 95° C (203° F) for short periods only, and up to 85° C (185° F) for a maximum of approx. 2 hours.

If the car's battery has been removed, carefully check that the terminal connectors are tightened correctly after reinstalling the battery.
