SUBJECT: Electricity/Electronics 7 VIS Program
The recently released VIS program entitled "Electricity / Electronics 7 - Diodes and Transistors" is the seventh program in the exciting electrical series. An accompanying workbook is also included. This program requires the use of the electronics experimental kit which was sent to all VIS Dealers with the first electronics program.
A limited number of additional electronic experimental kits are still available. An order form was included with the video program for your convenience. The remaining kits will be available on a "first come, first serve" basis.
It is important that your Technicians successfully complete Programs 1 thru 7 in sequence, since the training is progressive in nature. As promised, additional programs in this series will be mailed to you on a regular basis.
The "Diodes and Transistors" program is also the first interactive program in the ACT/ VIS award program. Somewhere in this program a text frame will be revealed by the computer which will include the first five digits of a Technician's ACT Registration Number (which is the same as their Social Security Number). Only the first five numbers must match, so there will be quite a few Technicians eligible to win an award for this program.
