Accepting a magazine containing 6 CDs of your choice, the Changer allows you to select and play discs in any desired sequence - for more than 6 uninterrupted hours - without the need to manually change each disc. And for added value, the magazine is even compatible with many home-use CD Changers made today.

At the heart of your full system is the integrated control unit, the ICU, a cockpit command center that handles everything. Like programable 12-station memory (6 AM, 6 FM). Seek and scan tuning. Trunk-mounted to conserve precious cockpit space, this is a CD Changer that, in addition to delivering over 6 full hours of non-stop music, features dual digital to analog converters for distortion-free sound, and 4 times oversampling to eliminate harshness and "ringing" at high frequencies.

There's also an advanced suspension system using 4 coil springs and air-filled dampers with a 3-beam laser pick-up for virtual elimination of mistracking on rough road conditions.

(Prewiring is standard on all E34 5 Series and E32 7 Series cars; the entire changer system is standard on the 750iL.)
