Troubleshooting with BMW DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM. *D* Monitor defect code memory. If no defect code is stored, perform troubleshooting with the aid of the status lists (*D* 200, guided test sequence!). Carefully work through all test points.

Note: Check the lock and pin contacts in accordance with Component Testing instructions (ZKE central locking system).
