Intake Air Temperature Sensor (in LMM):

Check function:

•D• 200 - With the engine at operating temperature, the intake air temperature is at 50 to 70° C (ambient air temperature 23 +/- 5° C).

A display below -40° C indicates a break in the temperature sensor or in the supply wire to the DME control unit.

Resistance test:

Connect universal adapter, measure resistance across the terminals 44 and 26. For technical data, see Technical Data.
