•D• 900 Defect code memory: 51 Ignition timing (ignition angle) intervention:

Explanation: Applicable only to models equipped with EGS and DME M1.3. This defect code is stored when the wire from the EGS control unit Pin 24 to the DME control unit Pin 51 has a short to ground ( > 2.5 sec). In such a case, the ignition timing (angle) intervention occurs only once, the signal is then ignored.
