Defect code 10:

•D• 900 Defect code memory: 10 Emission (lambda) control:

Explanation: This defect code is stored in the case of excessive deviations in the mixture composition (too rich or too lean mixture longer than 10 sec). A prerequisite is that the oxygen sensor must be ready for operation.

Possible causes:

- No fuel delivery

- Incorrect fuel pressure

- Injector valves defective or coked

- Engine temperature sensor defective

- Secondary air in the intake duct

- Fuel evaporation control system defective
