Alternator

Drive Belt Mounting.:

1. Loosen bolt (1).
2. Loosen nuts on bolts (2 and 3) and turn bolt (3) in direction of arrow to slacken the drive belt.
3. Remove drive belt.

Drive Belt Mounting.:

Installation:
1. Adjust drive belt tension by turning bolt (3) in direction of arrow using special tool 11 5 020, or equivalent.
2. Tighten nut on bolt (3).
3. Tighten bolts 1 and 2.
