Positive Crankcase Ventilation: Testing and Inspection

INSPECT
- Visually inspect rubber hoses and nipples for cracks, restrictions, damage and oil saturation.
- Visually check for good seal at the oil filler cap.

- With light pressure, blow through the PCV outlet of the valve cover.

Blockage should not be present. Remove and clean the valve cover baffle system with an appropriate solvent if necessary.
