*D* Defect code memory: 6 Read lid lock signals:

Explanation: This defect code is stored when illogical lock signals are detected by the control unit while arming/disarming via the rear lid lock.

Possible cause: Microswitch defective; wire from the microswitch to control unit defective.

Troubleshooting: Check rear lid microswitch and repair if necessary. if defect is not rectified, check wires from control unit and repair if necessary: From rear lid microswitch to control unit 26-pin connector black Pin 14 and Pin 15.
