Test Step 5.1

Test 5.1:

After ABS control of the vehicle (heavy braking, noticeable control at pedal): ABS lamp lights, ASC display OFF, PALA ON:

- Switch off ignition, start engine once again, ABS lamp?
- Hydraulic unit test: see 4.1
- Check brake light switch:
- Ignition ON - Brake lights ON when pedal depressed?
- Ignition ON - Pin 15 and 18 when pedal depressed, battery voltage.
