Dieseling/Run-on

SYMPTOM DESCRIPTION:
Engine continues to run after key is turned "OFF", but runs very roughly. If engine runs smoothly, check ignition switch and adjustment. Check the following systems and components.



FUEL
^ INJECTOR LEAKAGE: Refer to Fuel Delivery And Air Induction.
^ IDLE SPEED: Idle speed too high.



EMISSIONS
^ EVAPORATIVE: Purge valve and fuel tank venting.
