Air Temperature Sensor ( Ambient / Intake ): Description and Operation

Intake Air Temperature Sensor Location:

The intake air temperature sensors supply information to the DME control units concerning the temperature of the air entering the intake systems. The sensors are the NTC (negative temperature co-efficient) type resistors and are located in the intake manifolds.
