Cylinder Identification Sensor

TEST PROCEDURE:

Status Monitoring:
Semi-sequential injection takes place as soon as the control unit receives the cylinder reference point signals.

Multimeter Test:
Connect oscilloscope connections to component connector and run engine at idle speed. An AC voltage characteristic curve with positive and negative half wave should appear on the display screen.

Resistance Test:
The resistance can be measured directly at the component connector (at the connector strip for injector valves). Refer to Cylinder Identification Sensor.
