Removing Cylinder Head Covers

REMOVING AND CYLINDER HEAD COVER
1 Cylinder head cover, right
2 Cylinder head cover, left
3 Cyl. head cover gasket, right
4 Cyl. head cover gasket, left
5 Screw M6 x 20-Z1 / 10 Nm 17 ft. lbs.)
6 Capped nut M6 / 10 Nm (7 ft. lbs.)
7 Collar nut M6 / 10 Nm (7 ft. lbs.)
8 Rubber mount
9 Bracket rear right
10 Bracket front right
11 Holder with electric lead pipe
12 Screw M 6x10 / 10Nm (7 ft. lbs.).

- Remove intake air manifold, Removing Intake Manifold
- Unscrew screws (12) and take off brackets (9 and 10 or 11).
- Unscrew rubber mounts (8).
- Unscrew screws (5) and nuts (6 and 7) and take off cylinder head cover (1 or 2).

INSTALLATION:
- Check gasket (3 or 4), replacing if necessary.
- Check tightening torque (see above).
