63 12 090 Removing and Installing or Replacing Left or Right Concealed Headlight Assembly

63 12 090 REMOVING AND INSTALLING OR REPLACING LEFT OR RIGHT CONCEALED HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY






Run up concealed headlights.
Disconnect plugs.
Installation:
Read fault memory; eliminate and cancel faults if applicable.






Uncllp holder.
Take off holder.






Unscrew mounting nut.






Pull out lockpin.
Remove cap.

Slide cover forward and remove.
Installation:
Check for correct seating of cover.






Unscrew nuts and pull out studs.
Installation:
Check for correct Installed position of studs.






Tilt headlight forward.

Note: Protect headlight and body against damage.

Pull wires with plug through the console.






Hold locknut with Special Tool 63 0 110 and unscrew nut.

Note: If applicable, push back rubber grommets and check for correct seating after installation.
