Explanation:
This defect code is stored when there is a short to ground, to positive, or a break at the white connector, Pin 4.

Effect of defect:
If the defect is a current defect, a substitute value of 0°C (32°F) is used.

Possible cause:
Voltage supply not OK, wire or outside temperature sensor defective.

Troubleshooting:
Check voltage supply (approximately 5V with sensor disconnected) as well as wires and repair if necessary, or renew component.
