New BMW Special Tools

Situation:
The following special tools have been developed in order to perform repairs in a correct fashion.

Correction:
The tools will be sent out via the Automatic Tool Shipment Program. Additional tools may be purchased through your PDC. All prices on this bulletin are introductory prices.





Drift Because of a modification to the
P/N 90 88 6 333 470 sealing lip on the Rotary Shaft
Price = $14.75 Seal (6 bolt/188) final drive, a new
tool is needed.





Drift Used to fit the Rotary Shaft Seal
P/N 90 88 6 333 420 on the output side of the 6 bolt/
Price = $8.85 188 final drive.





Drift Used to fit the Rotary Shaft Seal
P/N 90 88 6 333 440 on the input side of the 8 bolt/
Price = $16.20 210/215 final drives.








Drift Used to fit the Rotary Shaft Seal
P/N 90 88 6 333 450 on the output side of the 8 bolt/
Price = $10.29 210/215 final drives.
