Ignition Rotor: Service and Repair

Distributor Assembly:

WARNING: Radiator fins will cut yours hand.

Remove and Install
1. Remove the engine cooling fan.
2. Unscrew the three 8 mm hex screws securing the distributor cap and set the cap aside.

Rotor Location:

3. Carefully unscrew the three 3 mm Allen head screws and remove the ignition rotor.
4. Reinstall in the reverse manner.

^ Torque rotor retaining screws to 25 lb in.
^ Torque distributor cap retaining screws to 35 lb in.
