Coolant Temperature Sensor/Switch (For Computer): Service and Repair

Remove Coolant Temperature Sensor
- Remove plug (1 blue and 2 black).
- Unscrew and remove Digital Motor Electronic (DME) temperature sensor (1).

NOTE: Sensor ID.
(1) Temperature plug = blue
(2) Remote thermometer plug = black





Install Coolant Temperature Sensor
- Replace seal (2).
- Reinstall coolant temperature sensor.
- Fill and bleed cooling system.
